Hi, I’m Liisa Shimhanda, the voice and mind behind Shiloh Interior. My very own baby 🥹.

I’ve loved interior styling since I was 13 years old. Whenever I would come home from school, I would start rearranging our living room using little things I picked up along the way. That passion grew stronger over the years.

Shiloh Interior started as a simple blog — a place where I could share ideas, research, and teach myself design without having to enroll in college. Over time, it became more than just a learning space. It became my creative outlet and is slowly turning into a lucrative business.

So, on here, I share practical tips, creative inspiration, and real-world advice on how to transform ordinary spaces into cozy, stylish, and functional homes. Therefore, no matter where you live, whether in a Windhoek apartment, fixing up a family house, or just looking to refresh a single room, I’ll guide you through ideas that are both affordable and beautiful.

I write from experience. From small projects I started with friends to bigger opportunities with companies like INO Properties Ltd Pty in Windhoek. My goal is to inspire you to see the potential in your own space and to give you the confidence to style it in a way that feels like you.
